Installation Specialist
Fisher’s is seeking a qualified, reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill our Installation Specialist position. This valuable team member will work as part of a team that is responsible for the “white glove” delivery and installation of office technology to customer locations in Montana, driving box trucks between 16-26 feet long.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the face of the company during on-site deliveries and installations.
  • Deliver and install office technology at customer locations, ensuring all connections and configurations are completed accurately along with providing basic key-op instructions to end users.
  • Safely load, transport, and unload office technology to various customer locations.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure technology is in optimal condition.
  • Provide “white glove” customer service, including demonstrating basic operation of office technology to customers.
  • Manage delivery schedules and communicate effectively with Logistics and customers.
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries and pickups using mobile or paper documentation.
  • Adapt quickly to changes such as scheduling changes, weather, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding scheduling, site readiness and service expectations.
  • Assist Operations staff with staging, loading and internal transfers of office technology.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and all related equipment, along with standard routine maintenance of vehicle.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during delivery and installation.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Demonstrated experience with email communication, managing electronic calendars and navigating various business software platforms.
  • Ability to pass annual DOT physical test.
  • Desire to grow personally and professionally within the organization.
  • Monday – Friday schedule with regular travel across regional markets.
  • Some overtime or early morning starts based on delivery schedules, overnight travel 1-3 days per week.
