Position Summary
Fisher’s is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Account Executive, Technology Solutions Consultant position on the Fisher’s Integration Systems team. This role is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients to offer business technology solutions including tailored physical security solutions like security cameras, keyless entry, and access control solutions. This position is focused on customer service, department and regional growth, and has a high earning potential.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their technology needs and propose appropriate physical security solutions, sound masking, VoIP, and audio/visual systems.
  • Conduct onsite meetings to assess client needs.
  • Identify and pursue sales leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and partner engagement.
  • Present proposals that detail the technical specifications, pricing, and benefits of Fisher’s products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that both the client's needs and company goals are met.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to provide clients with the most up-to-date solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referral opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and assist in strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of prior experience in B2B sales.
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and convey technical concepts to non-technical people.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and manage customer expectations.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work within a team selling environment and independently to achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing the sales pipeline.
