Customer Support Specialist
Fisher’s is seeking a qualified individual to fill our full-time Customer Support Specialist position. This position will be responsible for representing Fisher’s at the assigned FM Site and interacting with our customer’s staff and IT team to support the customer’s office technology. Along with understanding customers’ workflows and familiarizing themself with the various solutions Fisher’s provides. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Represent Fisher’s at the assigned FM Site, interacting with our customer’s staff and IT team to support office technology.   
  • Understand customers’ workflow and familiarize yourself with the various solutions Fisher’s provides.
  • Manage customer ticket system, ticket volumes, and response times.  
  • Perform basic fact findings to determine urgency of issue, collaborating with Fisher’s support team on service request and supply orders. 
  • Partner with Operations Team to place and route customer supply orders. 
  • Act as a resource for other Fisher’s teams, routing inquiries, communications, and requests as needed. 
  • Manage email and Teams inboxes while providing exceptional customer service.  
  • Offer the highest standard of customer service possible and ensure extremely happy customers while being effortless to work with. 
  • Travel between multiple sites throughout the week. 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft office suites (Outlook, Teams, & Word). Additional training will be provided as necessary. 
  • Exceptional Customer Service and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.  
  • Able to transition efficiently between job duties and locations, in order to provide coverage where needed. 
  • Proven time management and organizational skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable personal vehicle.
