Position Summary
Fisher’s Technology is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Leasing Administrator position. This valuable team member will be responsible for reviewing sales paperwork, working with Leasing Partners and Sales Team members with leasing information, and maintaining the customer database along with customer support.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Review all sales paperwork packets for completeness; includes commission entries, invoicing transactions upon delivery, submitting required paperwork to leasing company for funding, and entering Maintenance Agreement information in the database.
  • Obtain credit approval for new lease transactions.
  • Obtain quotes for Sales Team for any upgrade or buyout transactions.
  • Resolve any customer concerns or issues with leasing companies.
  • Maintain customer record information in database.
  • Work with vendor portals to claim manufacturer credits.
  • Provide support and assist in accounting month-end closing procedures.
  • Assist Distribution Team with the return of any old equipment owned by a leasing company.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in Accounting, Finance, Leasing, Data Analysis, Banking or related field.
  • Education – Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to efficiently and adequately provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to deal with a variety of situations in a tactful, professional, and cooperative manner.
  • Highly organized self-starter with excellent work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team atmosphere.
