Regional Service Manager
Fisher’s Technology is seeking a qualified Regional Service Manager to lead a regional service team. The Regional Service Manager will work closely with members of the Service Team, provide departmental support, and is responsible for the performance of the Service department in the assigned market(s). This position will report directly to the Service Director.
Essential Job Functions
Service Responsibilities:
- Manage queues for Field Service Technicians in the Market to ensure response times are met.
- Perform assigned service calls and call escalations for technical and/or customer issues.
- Utilize Nexera to manage Market territory.
Operational responsibilities:
- Ensure all parts and equipment received are verified and paperwork routed to appropriate staff.
- Ensure all equipment received has set-up call placed and assign Technician to complete set-ups in timely manner.
- Help provided network surveys or work directly with customer's IT representative to allow for as much pre-configuration as possible.
- Work directly with Logistics team to help coordinate and meet committed delivery dates.
- Help with delivery installs and work with Service Team to deliver equipment.
Inventory Responsibilities:
- Help Technicians with quarterly car stock inventories and accurately report results to Leadership.
- Work directly with Technicians to manage car stocks.
- Perform Market overall parts, supply and equipment inventories as requested by the Director of Service/Director of Operations.
Reporting Responsibilities:
- Minimum of weekly check-in with Service Director.
- Report any trends, technical or customer issues directly to Service Director.
- Report any sales installation challenges or customer concerns directly to General Manager.
Staff Responsibilities
- Complete quality Quarterly and Annual reviews for Bozeman Service Team.
- Provide emergency service decisions for Bozeman Market areas, if needed ensure any emergency decisions are communicated to Service Director.
- Schedule weekly team meetings to update team on any issues.
Training Responsibilities:
- Work with Leadership team to meet management goals and responsibilities.
- Attend all Leadership meetings and required leadership training classes.
- Work with Bozeman service team and Field Service Supervisor on training opportunities.
Expectations:
- Maintain a service territory and car stock inventory.
